Question! And a possible listing...

Well, as probably only Phoebe(from LoveThatDoll) knows, I'm going on vacation today! :) I'm really excited about it, but I do have a teensy poll to go with it...

Also, as the title implies, there is something that I'm considering to sell. I haven't really played with her lately, and I've been wondering if I even care about her for a while now...

It's Chrissa. I love her hair, but there's not much to do with it for me.

I'm still trying to decide if I want to sell her, so PLEASE don't comment and be like, "I'll pay you $60 if you let me have her!" because I'll just get annoyed with comments like that, and you'll drop your chances of getting her from slim to slimmer.

So, uh... Which doll/doll pair do you think I took with me? I'll be back on Monday night, so I'll have the poll end on Monday, of course! ;D

FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!!!

Three points. One: I got an Alto Sax. today, and I really suck... but then again, being a floutist, I've never used a reed before... Also, my cleaning... Thing got stuck, and I had to find a log pokey stick to get it out of the instrument... And when I FINALLY got the darn thing to work, I thought a duck was going to kill me! It was loud. :( I think I'm not traumatized...

Two: I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow! Where? ... I'm not telling, so I don't have a creeper that can find me... Not that I don't trust you lovely followers, just for privacy reasons...

Three: I'M TURNING THIRTEEN ON THURSDAY!!! I think this is the most important thing so far in my life, considering I(for some reason) told my mom that we ARE going to get cheese and candy on my birthday, because WHO doesn't like CHEESE AND CANDY!?!?! Other than Phoebe's doll Evey, who just doesn't like cheese... Why am I talking about cheese?!?! Oh yeah. Birthday cheese...

Other obsessions for today!

So, as most of you may know, I don't like to be popular, not that I am. I like to not go with or against "the flow" I go with whatever floats my boat. But, despite all this imperfect effort of mine, I still am obsessed with something popular! That small portion of me who wants to be normal, is officially obsessed with the song, "Hey, Soul Sister" by Train. Most of you either love this song, hate it, or haven't heard it. If you haven't heard it, go on YouTube(if you're allowed) and search hey soul sister official lyrics. It should have around thirty-one million views, and if it does, then click on it. I LOVE it!!! At least, not like the last post, this isn't a direct advertisement.

Remember, despite the fact that I'm not "normal" (UGH! I HATE THAT WORD!!) this is one of the few popular things I like. I also semi-like the song fireflies by owl city, but it's not like I have it on my ipod or anything!

My third and final obsession for the day is about the movie Jurassic Park! My older brother just recently found it in our movie cabinet, and I FLIPPED OUT! I had a spazz attack! I just re-saw it tonight, and I LOVED IT!!! Yes, I know it was released a month before my oldest brother was born in 1993-that would be June 11- and yes, that shows how much of a nerd I am! XD Well, even though I had practically NOTHING to post about, I will mention I have been wanting to listen to that song recently, and I watched Jurassic Park tonight, so I may as well tell you about it! :D

Birthday Pie?!?!

This is a story post, so this means it's LONG!!! ;D Also, I let Lily post here, becuase she accidently typed the post on my blog, not hers!

"So, do you want your hair straightened, or curled?" Miranda asked Felicity.
"Curled! It HAS to look nice for tomorrow, and I've NEVER had it curled before"
"Okay! You'll have to wait for a while, though. I have a contract here saying I can't use hot tools on customers, so you have to wait for your hair to dry."
"Good thing I brought my AG magazines, then!!!"

A few dozen curlers and an hour later...

"There! All done! Do you like it?"

Felicity shook her head to bounce her curls around. They looked like they were made of red satin ribbon!

"OH MY GOSH! I LOVE IT!!!" She shrieked in excitement.
"AWESOME! I have to go set up the party now, so you can pay over here!"

Miranda led Felicity over to the counter after she got up. Felicity got out her purple clutch(it's a type of purse!) and took out a twenty dollar bill. The cash register dinged, and she strolled out of the salon.

"Ah... it's such a beautiful January morning! The air is crisp, it's snowing like mad, and tomorrow is my birthday!" She whispered to herself while spinning around in the snow.

I quickly caught up to her, after I got my hair curled, too, just to make it look a little bit better!

"Hey, Felicity! Aren't you EXCITED for the party?! Today is Hollie's official thirty-first day with us!"

"Of COURSE I'm excited for the party- wait! Don't you guys know what tomorrow is?"

"No, what is it?"
"MY THIRTEENTH BIRTHDAY!!!"
"Oh! That's tomorrow?! I thought it was NEXT Friday!"

She huffed and stormed off. I felt bad, because I'm the doll that plans parties and makes sure that birthdays and occasions don't overlap! I guess I failed.

Two hours later...

"Still no sign of Felicity?" Kirsten asked me.
"No, I haven't seen her since she stormed off!" I replied.

Gwen was out shopping with Hollie to keep her out of the house, Sonali made up a story to make Hollie not know it's a party, Elizabeth and Chrissa made the banners, and I handled the rest of the party with Lanie. Kirsten was baking Felicity a cake. Miranda was cleaning her room while we worked downstairs in the craft room.

According to Felicity, we had forgotten about her birthday.

That was not so. We ALL knew tomorrow was her birthday; in fact, I was the on that told everyone else what tomorrow was!

Time passes...

"How's your cake come- WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!?!?!" I yelled.
"A pie! I couldn't find a cake recipe for Felicity's birthday tomorrow, so I made a raspberry pie!"
"You KNOW she hates raspberries!" I screamed.

I went to Wal-mart, and I bought Felicity a birthday cake. It has chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla frosting; her fave!

But seriously; birthday PIE?!?!?

Two hour delay :(

If it's a two hour delay, why can't they just make it a snow day? The school district is upsetting the natural order in life. You know, the one where: "if there's snow on the ground, it should be a snow day." Who DOESN'T agree with that?!?! If they don't agree, then... WHY?! Who DOESN'T like snow days?! Well, I need to get ready for school at around nine-ish. My bus picks me up at 9:50, though. Today, that is. It would normally be 7:50. Well, now I'm rambling... so... PEACE OUT!!! Oh, wait! I would just like to say that my dolls have a glee club at their school, and Gwen, Hollie, Lily, and Chrissa are in it. Kirsten is the leader. :D

Last day of winter break... :(

Let ALL of the retired goty's prices rise on eBay. I saw some pretty good deals. There was a $138 Jess doll, of course. But, one of my friends may sell her dolls someday, so I'm waiting for that. :) All of the snow has melted, so I'm sad. That means there WILL be school tomorrow. I don't want to wake up and do social studies! That's just wrong! Well, I may show some Animal crossing screens pictures, if you want to see them. I will take some more pictures of my dolls, and I will probably wait until they say which doll they're retiring this year until I ask for a doll for Christmas. Personally, I think it's Molly. But, I don't know for sure. My fingers are hunks of ice, same with my toes, so I think I'll blog more tomorrow. :)/:0/;)/:D

Sorry, this is late news!

On Monday night, while I was reluctantly watching Invader Zim, we had a blackout! My first thought was "Cool! It's just like Luigi's Mansion!" But it was DARK! We should have had more working flashlights! Dang. I wanted to blog about the blackout, but it was a blackout! So, I was sad. When I went upstairs to my room, it was pitch black! I found a flashlight under my bed, though, so it was okay... I guess. Seriously, RIGHT when I laid down, the power came back on! Now I was thinking, "UGGHH!" I even said uggh! Now to continue the post on a much lighter note.

Phoebe's coming over tomorrow! YAY! She's going to bring her new dolls Lucy, Felicity, and Elizabeth. Well, at least two dolls are coming!!! :)/:D/;)/:0

My dolls Christmas party!

Okay, so, here's EVERYTHING I have to say. My dolls party will be on Friday, and everyone has pretty hair and outfits. Kirsten is baking like CRAZY, Gwen and Hollie are STILL arguing. Lily and Lanie are getting the room ready. Chrissa is pondering over which outfit to wear. Felicity and Elizabeth are grooming the horses. Sonali isn't going. :( Well, maybe it's not sad, because Sonali has no dress, and no friends. I'm doing okay. I have NOTHING to do but play Wii Play, and shake my presents. I already know what ALL of them are! Seriously. I have to know these things, I don't like surprises. My friends had to find out the hard way. :( Sorry. TWO more days until the party! Hello, readers of Miranda's blog! I went out to THREE places in the past forty-eight hours! I went to see Tangled today, and it was AWESOME! I was kind of upset, because THREE kids pointed to me and said,"look, mommy! It's a dolly!" YEAH, big woop. I LIVE with eight dolls, people! It was kind of embarrassing, too. I mean, six-year-olds pointed to a person who was twice their age, and commented about her doll.

I'm going to Lily's holiday party with Gwen! Yep, Gwen might not be Lily's favorite guest, but she's DEFINITELY better than Sonali! Just so you know, Lily's JEALOUS of ME! We're both twelve, so I don't see- oh. Wait a MINUTE! I'm getting ALL of Miranda's attention, and Lily normally gets it! That's probably why I'm doing a post, and why Lily didn't invite me to her Christmas party! Gwen is taking a guest, so... I can go! I will be sure to take pictures of Lily's party, but I don't have too many things to wear right now... I stole Chrissa's pants so I could leave the house today, so that PROVES that I have NO CLOTHES! (well, to me, I have no clothes...)

I got ANOTHER SNOW DAY TODAY!!! THANK YOU!!! I REALLY didn't want to go to school today, i wanted to work on my quilt! Also, yesterday, I made Phoebe her birthday present, and It doesn't look bad! It's actually REALLY cute! Phoebe, I think you'll like it! No more spoilers! I'll share what it is with the rest of the world, AFTER I get home from her sleepover! and now, to entirely change the subject...

I want Nanaimo bars. Do you know what they are? They're the BEST square-ular treats from Canada, EVER!!! They have coconut, custard, and chocolate! I would recommend finding a recipe for them on the Internet.

I've been TRYING to make a good doll-sized Christmas, and I'm not sure how well it's going... Chrissa has been in two photo shoots, Lily is getting ready to host her Christmas party, Lanie is putting up decorations, Kirsten is 'baking', Sonali learned the true meaning of friendship, Felicity and Elizabeth are prepping the horses, and Gwen is readying her voice to sing at Lily's party. (I'm a GREAT singer, so I occasionally make my dolls 'sing') I have been reading blogs all morning, and I found out MORE about Kanini! Her hair is the same color as mine, AND we both have curly/wavy hair! Except, I have bangs... and my skin isn't tan... But alas, I plan on buying her next year! Which doll will retire next? That, I'm worried about, because here are the dolls I want next year: Molly, Emily, Kit, Ruthie, Julie, Ivy, Kaya, Rebbecca, Jesse, and some more Jly's. Comment on which of these doll I should get first! I personally think I should get Molly and Emily, and Kit and Ruthie. They have been around the longest, so they're less safe.


P.S. Maria won't SHIP until tomorrow! I won't get her for, like, A WEKK!!!!!! UGGH!!! >:(

Yea! In some ways...

I have a bunch of projects coming up, so I may not post 'til Friday night, and even then I have a big Social Studies project due next week, Soo... you may NOT , I repeat NOT, hear from me until next week is over! Why are ALL the school projects due in December? Do teachers not believe in the holidays? WHY?!?!?! I seriously don't know why, so if you do, PLEASE comment!!! :) Also, I've developed a personality for Maria! She plays basketball, is almost thirteen, her birthday is March 15, and her friends are lily and Chrissa(her new roommate is Chrissa, too! ) Her pet will be Coconut(I want her for my birthday next year) Do you think that Maria should have a blog, too? Ah, well, I'll make one for her anyways. Only my favorite dolls will have blogs, and those dolls are: Lily, Lanie, Chrissa, Maria, Felicity, and possibly Kirsten and her sisters, Gwen and Elizabeth... But not Sonali, DEFINITELY NOT Sonali! Sonali would expose ALL of my dolls, and it wouldn't be a pretty sight... So, for now................................................................................................................................................... PEACE OUT!!! :)

Chrissa had a fight with Sonali the previous day, and her friends/sisters had taken to her bed.

She woke with a yawn, and had begun to wipe the sleep out of her eyes.

She had realized that Lily Tazo was in her house, and Chrissa huddled up in a corner.

"GET OUT!" She screeched. Who would have guessed Lily was in her house!

"Good morning! Are you feeling better?"

"Yeah, but why are you here?"

"I spent the night to make sure you were feeling better!"

"HEY! CHRISSA! OPEN UP!"

"Hi Lanie!" Lily peered to see who was there.

"It's me!"

"Hey! Glad to see ya!"

"Hey, Lanie!"

"Hey Lily!" Lanie waved back.

"I brought you a present to get you in the Christmas spirit! It's also a get well soon present! :)"

Chrissa gasped. no one had EVER given her ANYTHING like this!

"Thank you SOOO much!" Chrissa squealed. They embraced happily.

It fits in perfectly with Chrissa's decor.

I have another blog. PLEASE check it out. It's my doll Lily Tazo's. She's MUCH better at blogging than I am.

My dolls!

So, if you don't know, I have 8 dolls named Lily, Lanie, Felicity, Elizabeth, Kirsten, all of Chrissa's friends, and Chrissa. Well, Chrissa's life is going downhill, and she's been reduced to living in a cardboard box. Sonali went to innerstarU, but got kicked out after starting a food fight. She can never return. Lily is feeling like the doll at losing feelings. Except Lily hates innerstarU and is skipping classes to play with her dog Honey. Kirsten has a cooking show and stays up until 11:30 watching Good Eats on the food channel. Gwen has just recently found out her mom is the queen of Switzerland,(Not really, starting rumors are fun!) Elizabeth has started making dresses, and is trying to make cross-stitch patterns for me to sew. Felicity, well, Felicity is trying to nurse our adopted horse back to health. My first doll horse, Butter, had a foal and sprained her leg giving birth. Butter was also abused from her previous owner. Lanie has started to create a "Save the raccoons!" movement, and only Lily, her best friend, is coming along. So for now, ............PEACE OUT!!! :)

So, I got pretty much all my widgets from Shabby Blogs, the stuff that looks professional is from Shabbyblogs.com. So, tell me in my new poll what you think about my blog. Only my vote has shown up, so I can only assume only I have voted. Well,... I am extremely bored, so please don't expect me to write anything special in this post. No, I'm not doing anything special now, but I got second place in cupcake crazy on innerstarU! Friend me, I am Miranda20. I forgot it, but we called technical service and I found it again! my doll is # 41, if you didn't already know, and I'm hungry!!! :)

Money

Ok, so here it is. Money is the topic. Don't is the answer. If you want to have a filthy rich doll, and a broke doll, then money's great! But if you just want everyone to treat each other the way they want to be treated, it's easier with no money. Of course, it may work for some people, people with fully functional doll towns, like at www.ourdolls.net, I think... So. Lanie's a dictator, Chrissa's Cafe is going under, and Sonali's hair looks unreal. Well, she does own Sonali's Salon, so of course she's going to have unreal hair. Lanie doesn't need to pay for anything, since she owns everyone and their shops, no one pays at Chrissa's Cafe, Gwen is out of furniture to sell, and Lanie's scheme is to collect taxes, which is her job, and KEEP it!!! Lily owns the, wait, Lily runs the Deerfield Library, and should be paid with some taxes, but isn't since Lanie just lends her money, since they're BFF's. So, there's two more shops. La Robe shoppe. Elizabeth is the only one running the shop, Felicity is the new teacher, and Kirsten's Konvienence/pet shop is just average.

Sorry!!! Even though I really didn't do anything...

I just got back from LA,I'm tired, duh, it's 12:28a.m. I'm lame right now, I didn't post throughout the week because the hotel Wi-Fi wasn't free, neither was the plane's, so I couldn't post. I didn't do anything 'til my Dad came from work, so I was locked in a room all day, but on the bright side, I got seriously far in my bazillion DS games. But that's it. I watched the 4th hour of the TODAY show on NBC, which is always good. I now love flying, but NOT the takeoff or landing. I hate heights and high speed. My dad made me traumatized when he took me out for drives in his cherry red Corvette. But above the clouds, you can't tell you're 2 miles in the air, or going 570 miles an hour, it just feels like a car ride.Lily and I took lots of pics, we went to American Girl place which I didn't get to enjoy, since my dad wanted to leave as soon as possible, we couldn't eat lunch or we'd have to wait an hour. Nothing too terribly interesting after that, but here's smething weird, I like airport security. Yes, you just read I LIKE AIRPORT SECURITY. Some people think it's bad, but it's actually fun, and no, I'm not crazy. Well, maybe a little bit, but that's not the point. All I'm saying is I'm back safe and sound, right? Well GOOD NIGHT!!!
