As for the pen pal thing? I talked to my mom, and she's thinking about it. :) I was just wistfully thinking when I wrote that post anyway, but i's nice to have an offer! :D
And I did mean Phoebe as in Love That Doll. I found her blog off of Liz's blog{american girl fan} and when I wanted to get back on to it, I forgot the name! I forgot the site I found it on and it was terrible. I don't know how I found it again, but I did, am following her and have a blog of my own!
