Spring Fever

Spring is almost here, and I have been trying to persuade my parents to let me get more plants this year. I want to get even MORE into gardening this year than I was LAST year. All our plants failed, and we were on vacation when our tomatoes were ripe, so our neighbors got ALL our crops! I was pretty upset, but this year I want to plant some flowers. Just some simple, lovely flowers. I will DEFINITELY take pictures of my dolls caring for the flowers, watering them, holding them, etc. I am feeling VERY springy this year, and I don't know why... I'm just happy that it's almost here! My dolls have been excited, too. They have been BEGGING me to let them play outside without a jacket, but... you know how it is when it's around freezing. They just stayed inside, while drawing detailed plant pictures(especially Lanie!)

To go with this spring theme, it's almost tie for free shipping! That means I will buy Kanani, AND my parents are going to order a LOT of AG stuff for my birthday! That's what we do EVERY Spring!

I can't WAIT until I can get my hands dirty in the rich, brown soil! When I do that, I will have a post of my dolls planting the flowers! Don't worry, their hands WILL get dirty, but I'll wipe them off with an antibacterial wipe. :) I want to plant tulips and daisies and such, but I have to check first... It shouldn't be a problem, considering how much my mom LOVES flowers! :D

I just came form a band concert, and I'm TIRED! I had to wear this HIDEOUS grey shirt, AND tuck it in, because my two band teachers think it looks "professional"! I ALSO have a HUGE project due tomorrow that I have to work on! UGH! I hate you Mr. Cooper. I don't normally judge, but yes. I just never click with my social studies teachers. They are too "inspirational" for me. :(

This blog, I will let a few of my real life friends know, is the REAL me. I'm NOT some savage beast that will rip the head off of everyone who insults me. I am this blog. This IS Positively me. I AM this blog. NOBODY can take this away. I am NOT that seemingly sugar-crazed talking machine I am. I am like a calm, relaxed person. My only issue is that I spend too much time having fun. I should change. In fact, over the summer, I have decided that I will. Maybe spring break. This blog will be the same. I am NOT a girly girl, but I'm NOT the tomboy I try to be. Of course, I do have a brutal side that likes M-rated video games(that's what happens when you're an only girl) but for the most part, I am a smart(yes) confident, shy girl that reads everyday. I have lost her in my attempts to be not average. Whatever is popular, I don't care about. That is me, but I do like to relax at the pool with my friends, and go have fun like a normal tween(except for parties). I am in LOVE with photography and interior decorating. I have decided to change my bedroom to show that. Over spring break/summer, I will be re-arranging my room to have pictures I took in it, and it will have a beach theme. Hallelujah! I am NOT a mean person. The scary thing is, is I am mostly normal. I am just so caught up in being abnormal, that I have been oblivious to the true me.

This is Positively Me. Nothing will change that.

Life. Such a simple term. There is a big line between life, and not life, A.K.A. dead. Of course, some things are "alive" yet not alive.

Life is precious. Like an egg in a Blue Jays nest, life can seem like a prized jewel owned by a king.

Life is also meaningless. What's the point? You just waste oxygen that wouldn't exist without our "buddies" that are called bacteria(Thank you, science class!)

Life can also be important. Without life, there would be nothing to work for. Without life, Earth would be colourless. No voles would burrow in the ground, and no Rock Hyraxes would live in the Savannah.

Life is precious. No one should not think that. There is a fine line between death and life, and once you are not alive, there is no going back. To take someone's life is horendous. You cannot undo your actions. It's done. In many cases, taking somone's life, your life will be taken too. What's the good of that? That's just creating more problems.

Life.

Think about it.

By rambling on about life, you can make yourself seem ten times as smart as you really are!

I'M BAACKKKK!!! :D I came home about an hour ago, but I was busy catching up on posts. :( I'm sorry, but it wasn't fun. Don't give me that look! I LOVE all your blogs, but I'm tired, and my brother is being mean to me, so staring mindlessly at a computer screen isn't too fun. :( I amn't(am not) in the mood to load my +100 pictures onto the computer right now, so you will see a REALLY fat post full-o pictures sometime this week. Okay. Remember back in July when I had ALL these posts about what I would do post-wise in California? Well, I MAY be able to do that this weekend while I'm in D.C., but it's not confirmed. I'm happy! Most of you know why, because I'm typing in pink letters, and today's a holiday! I honestly just consider it to be a scam put on by the chocolate and flower companies, but still, it IS a nice excuse to wear cute ballet flats and nice jewelery to school! :D



I know it may be a LITTLE early, but, I am going on vacation this Thursday, and I'm coming back on Monday. I won't be able to post, but... I'll take LOTS of pictures! Yes. I'm staying home. Today. YAY! I STILL feel like a lazy sack of Jell-o, and my temp. is 101.9, so.... That kind of SCREAMS sick! I'm ESPECIALLY happy, because I have a Language Arts report due today that I didn't do! But... Now I have to do it today. :(

I feel HORRIBLE today! Remember awhile back, when most of my posts for that three day time span had a tag that said: swallowing hurts? Well, I HAVE THAT STUPID ILLNESS AGAIN!!! I ALMOST(key word: almost) fell asleep during Jazz band today! That's my FAVORITE period of my day other than science! My nose is runny, it hurts to swallow, I can't hear very well, and I feel like a blob of soggy jello. It's hard to move right now, so that's why I'm on the computer. All I have to do is move my wrist a little.

As a side note, I think I should stay home tomorrow. I mean, I don't want to make my friends feel this way, too! Enemies... maybe. Depends who it is(impish smile...) I'll explain that to my mom, and THEN I will PROBABLY stay home tomorrow.

Color tip!

I may NOT be an interior designer, but I DO have some(or A) tip on paint colors for bedrooms!

Tip:

If you have a favorite color, try it on your bedroom wall! Then, find colors that pair well with your color! An example would be if I chose aqua for my bedroom(which I did), and I accented with a pale green, lilac, and a pink. Of course, it could be overpowering in your room, for example, if you like red, and you pair it with orange. It all depends on the purpose of your room!

I WAS going to enter this tip in the color do's and dont's section at www.HGTV.com but I didn't want to say my e-mail and stuff! So, through my worrying that some insane guy with a chainsaw is going to come after me if I posted this comment, you guys get a decorating tip! YAY!!! :D

Yes, that is very true! If you have NO IDEA what simple pleasures you have the ability to enjoy every day are, then I will list a few of MY simple pleasures for you to possibly connect to!

1. Having Internet access(if you are here, then this applies to you)

Life as I know it.

I will make some changes. Not to blogger, so you don't need to worry about that at ALL! :D I am making changes to my ROOM! I am going to make it look like a spring garden, so that means I will ONLY include the colours: sky blue, lime green, pale lavender, and sapphire blue. Basically, I won't be blogging for a while. I plan on getting a mini couch sometime soon(a wooden one with removable cushions that can only seat one or two people) and making some pretty cushions for it!

Forget it. I decided NOT to buy the doll, first of all because the price rose by like, ten dollars overnight, and second of all, I decided Samantha... wasn't exactly... my kind of doll. I personally prefer Kanani, with her golden brown knee length locks of hair, and hazel eyes... (Dreamy face...) I could ALWAYS buy a different doll to fix up, and I REALLY want Kanani! REALLY. REALLY. BADLY. I also just wanted Sonali's cousin to "calm her down." Sonali has been REALLY rowdy lately, with news of a doll coming and a camera and all. So-o, I will... yeah, I'm just rambling now, so... I will post some new pictures later!!! :D YAY! PICTURES! Later, mostly due to the fact that I have utterly bored myself. :(

I went to a WONDERFUL site called eBay, and in two days(right before the auction ends) I will be the proud owner of a 1986 Samantha doll!!! I can ONLY afford her because she needs TLC, and I decided I would like to fix up my fist doll! She has her ORIGINAL(Yes, from Pleasant company, in 1986) outfit, and her hair is frizzy! But, I will commit to fixing her up so I can have my TENTH doll!!! :D

ICE DAY!!! :D

This is NOT a snow, but it is and ICE DAY!!! EVERYTHING has a nice glaze of ice over it, and that is the ONLY reason why I haven't taken pictures yet! I plan to go out VERY soon, for I feel like it is my job(although it WON'T be until I'm, like, 20!) SO... I am quite content today, because I don't have to go to school today! which is ALWAYS satisfying! I am a little sad that I don't have my new camera yet, because I can't get as close to the icicles as I want to. :( The zoom on my parent's camera doesn't work well at ALL, and that leaves a little white spot where the pixels should be. :( Sadness. D:
